Sacred Dance Workshop
Human beings have been dancing in circles to the rhythm of chanting and instruments like drums for thousands of years. We will walk the labyrinth and then dance some sacred circle dances. The dances are simplistic, easy to learn and focused on building community, spiritual and physical wellness, and meditation. Drumming Workshop
Drumming around the labyrinth with friends at sunset. Full moon drumming is available, weather permitting. The rhythmic beat of the drums allows the mind to relax, and connect to your inner knowing and to cosmic consciousness. A perfect way to meditate. Over the years Elaine has collected crystals that “spoke” to her, and she has found that each crystal has a unique energy. It is different for every person when you connect your energy with that of the crystal.
During the time you spend connecting, you will also learn the name of the crystal, it’s healing properties, and how to make healing tinctures from certain crystals. Most of all, it’s a fun journey and will leave you with a deeper insight into your collection of crystals.
